Baked Potatoes & Onions

with Alicia’s Southwest Herb Seasoning Blend

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350*F.
  2. Thoroughly wash and chop fingerling potatoes.
  3. Cut onion into medium size slices.
  4. Combine Alicia’s Spice Co.® Southwestern Herb Seasoning Blend, EVOO, and water in a medium sized bowl and whisk.
  5. Add fingerling potatoes and onions to bowl and coat with seasoning mixture.
  6. Transfer mixture into 9"x13" glass baking dish.
  7. Bake for approximately 40 minutes or until crispy, stirring occasionally.
  8. Garnish with fresh chopped rosemary, serve and enjoy.
