Blackened Cajun Salmon

with Alicia’s Cajun Seasoning

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375* F.

  2. Line a large baking sheet with tin foil and place wire broiling rack on top.

  3. Coat salmon with Alicia’s Spice Co.® Cajun Seasoning to desired liking.

  4. Place salmon fillet skin side down on top of broiling rack.

  5. Top with sliced lemon rings.

  6. Bake salmon for 18-20 minutes or until salmon flakes easily. 

Serve with fresh lemon wedges and a side of Alicia’s Spice Co.® Dill Onion Herb Dip!
