Shrimp Skewers

with Alicia’s Garlic Herb Seasoning Blend

Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds shrimp (extra large)

  • 2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)

  • 2/3 cup lime juice

  • ¼ cup finely chopped cilantro

  • 2 medium red cherry peppers finely chopped

  • 1 packet Alicia’s Spice Co.® Garlic Herb Seasoning Blend

  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce

  • 3 tablespoons water

Instructions:

  1. Combine in bowl EVOO, lime juice, cilantro, red cherry peppers, Alicia’s Spice Co.® Garlic Herb Seasoning Blend, Worcestershire Sauce and water. Mix well and let sit for 15 minutes.
  2. Devein shrimp.
  3. Add shrimp to mixture and marinate in fridge for two (2) hours.
  4. Heat grill to medium.
  5. Thread shrimp onto skewers.
  6. Grill for 3 minutes each side, or until pink and firm to the touch.
