Creole Cauliflower Flats

with Alicia’s Creole Seasoning

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cut cauliflower florets off head, slice florets into ½” slices so they lay flat.
  3. Spray 2 non-stick baking sheets with EVOO cooking spray.
  4. Lay sliced cauliflower flat on baking sheets.
  5. Sprinkle Alicia’s Spice Co.® Creole Seasoning on cauliflower, flip and repeat.
  6. Bake approximately 30-35 minutes or to desired firmness, flip once after 20 minutes.
  7. Serve and enjoy.
