Creole Seasoning Recipes
Jazz up any dish with our Low Sodium Creole Seasoning!
A little spice, a ton of flavor! Some of our favorite recipes include, Stir Fry’s, Vegan Chex Mix, Vegan Spicy Stuffed Peppers, Creole Lentil Quinoa Burgers, Southern Gumbo, Creole Dusted Pork Chops, Blackened Grilled Tofu. Grilled Creole Potatoes, Shrimp and Crab Bisque, Baked Creole Cauliflower Flats, Creole Chicken with Spinach and Bowtie Pasta, Lemon Creole Baked Salmon, Grilled Creole Shrimp, Creamy Crab Dip.
CREOLE CAULIFLOWER FLATS
Ingredients:
1 head cauliflower
Extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) cooking spray
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2. Cut cauliflower florets off head, slice florets into ½” slices so they lay flat.
3. Spray 2 non-stick baking sheets with EVOO cooking spray.
4. Lay sliced cauliflower flat on baking sheets.
5. Sprinkle Alicia’s Spice Co.® Creole Seasoning on cauliflower, flip and repeat.
6. Bake approximately 30-35 minutes or to desired firmness, flip once after 20 minutes.
7. Serve and enjoy.
