Cajun Seasoning Recipes
Spice up your favorite dishes with our impressive low sodium Cajun Seasoning!
Some of our favorite uses are grilled Cajun pineapple, Cajun Shrimp, Cilantro and Lime Cajun Chicken, Dirty Cajun Rice, Air Fried Cajun Fries, Baked Cajun Salmon, Blackened Chicken, Southern Baked Cajun Biscuits, Stuffed Corn and Crab Cakes, Vegan Cajun Lasagna, Blackened Chicken Alfredo, Cajun Veggie Kabobs, Candied Cajun Nuts, Citrus Cajun Salad, Creamy Cajun Shrimp Pasta Bake.
CAJUN DIP RECIPE:
Combine in bowl:
1 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
½ cup mayonnaise (or substitute with sour cream or Greek yogurt)
2-½ Tbsp. Alicia’s Spice Co. Cajun Seasoning
Mix thoroughly, cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Serve and Enjoy!
VEGAN CAJUN DIP RECIPE:
Combine in bowl:
1 cup Vegan sour cream
½ cup plain Vegan mayonnaise (or substitute with Vegan sour cream)
2-½ Tbsp. Alicia’s Spice Co. Cajun Seasoning
Mix thoroughly, cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Serve and Enjoy!
BLACKENED CAJUN SALMON
Ingredients:
2 lb. salmon fillet (skin on)
1 lemon cut in wedges
1 lemon sliced into rings
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375* F.
Line a large baking sheet with tin foil and place wire broiling rack on top.
Coat salmon with Alicia’s Spice Co.® Cajun Seasoning to desired liking.
Place salmon fillet skin side down on top of broiling rack.
Top with sliced lemon rings.
Bake salmon for 18-20 minutes or until salmon flakes easily.
Serve with fresh lemon wedges and a side of Alicia’s Spice Co.® Dill Onion Herb Dip!
